I’ve observed a discernible pattern in my addiction. I alternate between phases of: hyperactive stress addiction, burning my candle at both ends until the candle is consumed, and the resulting phase of depressed lethargy where daily living becomes overwhelming and painful. I am working on finding balance.
Confession. I used to say this and sometimes still do...“I need less sleep than most”...guilty as charged
